Mushu evolving after defeating Kabu’s Centiskorch was like Ash’s Torracat evolving i to Incineroar after defeating Kukui’s Incineroar in the anime.
Between Larvesta and Sizzlipede, I would have to choose Larvesta. I love Volcarona so much and ya Centiskorch is dope as hell but like Volcarona is really good too
Although I have fond memories of getting a larvesta and breeding for a perfect one (still haven’t got one), I am seriously considering using centiscorch, so I’m gonna go with sizzlipede
That timing on Mushu’s evolution was beautiful. My Arrokuda evolved in a similar fashion after having just taken down Nessa’s Drednaw. My entire team by that point was Raboot and Arrokuda, and while Arrokuda hadn’t been doing all that hot up to that point, I knew this had to be her time to shine, and it absolutely was.

Also really loving this play through never watched someone play Pokémon on YouTube until now hahaha and I love it ! Also love that I’m right behind you in the game most of the time Since I have 2 lilttle ones and a full time job so it’s hard to squeeze some time in. Keep it up 🙂
I absolutely love Sizzlepede and I think Centiskorch is absolutely amazing and I never really liked Larvesta and Volcorona idk what it was but their designs never appealed to me and as soon as I saw the leaks of Centiskorch I was like oh hell yeah this is epic so yeah Sizzlepede for the win
haha I considered attacking the other trainer in the first round and decided not to, but then when he attacked me, I melted all three of them lol
Im having a blast in this series. How are you going to combat this COPPA thing?
You can look at the back of the league cards. Maybe that can “help” you to prepare for the battle. I don’t know though, because I don’t have the games yet
That’s weird. I guess the Gym Leader AI is pretty good. He still knew you had Flash Fire so he didn’t use Centiskorch’s G-Max move. He used it every turn in my battle.
I like Larvesta from B/W and B2/W2 cause the evolution sprites looked amazing! The 3D models are kind of derpy, and Sizzlepede looks better in 3D. Both are otherwise pretty awesome.
ok so the way this gym works, since you did it a different way (not going to say wrong because he still made it through just fine) you knock out the other trainer, and then catch the Pokemon you fight. its 3 rounds instead of 4.
Just a heads up about the fairy type gym, ITS VERY HARD!!and I almost lost but made it through because of my Joltik. And for the question, Larvesta just because they are based off of moths(which I likes moths)👍
I have to say I like larvesta better because of the random encounter shiny one I got in Omega Ruby and because volcorona is my favorite bug type. No hate on sizzlepede though
Nice episode btw you can check the back of league cards and see some lore and in some cases there are even hints to their battle style ^^ (you do this by pressing a when on a card)
the way Kabu walks is a way of walking the elderly does in Japan to keep themselves in shape and train their muscles, a cool little culturel thing if i’m not wrong ^^
lastly g-max pokemon can you only get through max raid battles i have 3 g-max cendiscorch so that one isn’t all that rare in shield currently ^^
keep up the good work ^^
